I have spent some time over the past few weeks taking a much needed break by traveling and spending time with my family. I can’t believe I have been in 4 different countries within the past 4 weeks (U.S.A, Mexico, British West Indies & Germany). I really wish I could just spend my whole life traveling!!!
Today is my first day back in the office and I was thrilled to learn that Jamie Weiss Photography received the Wedding Wire 2012 Bride’s Choice Award
and that I had an image on Pixoto that was in the top 10% of wedding images for the whole year!
We also have several awesome weddings booked for 2012 and lots of inquiries coming in right now! So this year is off to an awesome start! I can’t wait to see all that it has in store!
These are the shoes of little Harper, her mom Amy and her dad, Ben. I really don’t know what to say about the image, because I feel that it has meaning beyond words, but for more on the story behind the image, visit my previous post here. I hope that the power of this image always compels me and you to treasure every moment that is given to us.

Last week I was honored to be able to display some of my maternity and baby work at a regional conference for the International Childbirth Educators Association. As part of my work with the organization, I also put together a slideshow of many images I have created over the past few years from maternity, birth and baby sessions. I know many of you love babies as much as I do, so I though I would share!
We hope everyone is having a great week! Our office will be closed for the rest of this week so we can celebrate fall break with our families.
